Server rules

Short and to the point: what is allowed, what is not, and what happens if you break the rules. Applies to everyone, from newcomer to administrator.

1.General provisions

  1. 1.1 By registering an account and joining the server you agree to these rules. Not knowing the rules is no excuse.
  2. 1.2 This is an open beta: character wipes, database rollbacks and restarts may happen without warning. The administration does not compensate losses caused by the beta status.
  3. 1.3 The administration reserves the right to change these rules. The current version is always on this page; significant changes are announced in the news.
  4. 1.4 Administration decisions on disputes are final. A penalty can be appealed once — in the “Newcomer help” forum section or through Discord.

2.Account and security

  1. 2.1 There is no limit on the number of accounts — create as many as you need. What is forbidden is using them for an unfair advantage: rigging votes, passing rewards between your own characters, and evading punishments.
  2. 2.2 An account belongs to whoever registered it. Transferring, selling and trading accounts is prohibited. Password security is the owner’s responsibility — never share it with anyone, including “GMs in game”.
  3. 2.3 Server staff will never ask for your password. Anyone who asks is a scammer: take a screenshot and report it on the forum.
  4. 2.4 Logins and character names must not contain insults, profanity, impersonation of staff (GM, Admin, Moderator, etc.) or advertising.

3.Gameplay

  1. 3.1 Using bugs, dupes, exploits and any core errors to gain an advantage is prohibited. Found a bug — report it in the “Bug reports” section and get a reward; abused it — get a ban.
  2. 3.2 Third-party software that gives an advantage is prohibited: bots, cheats, speedhacks, autoclickers, modified clients, game memory injection. The anticheat detects such actions automatically.
  3. 3.3 Trading in-game valuables for real money (RMT), and advertising such trades, is prohibited.
  4. 3.4 Deliberately blocking other players’ progress (permanently camping low levels, griefing quest NPCs for a long time, disrupting events) is punishable. Ordinary world PvP in PvP zones is a normal part of the game.
  5. 3.5 Using textures/models that give an advantage (see-through walls, removed objects) counts as cheating.

4.Chat and communication

  1. 4.1 Insults, threats, harassment of players and staff, and incitement of hatred on any grounds are prohibited.
  2. 4.2 Spam, flooding, caps in public channels, and advertising other servers or third-party projects are prohibited.
  3. 4.3 Sharing other people’s personal data (addresses, phone numbers, real names without consent) is prohibited.
  4. 4.4 Administration decisions are discussed on the forum, not in world chat. Constructive criticism is welcome, insults are not.
  5. 4.5 World chat is in Russian or English. For other languages there are guild channels and groups.

5.Forum

  1. 5.1 Guests can only read. Creating topics and replies requires a game account. New members get the “Novice” role, and “Member” after 3 posts.
  2. 5.2 One topic — one question. Search before creating a topic: the answer may already exist. Create the topic in the appropriate section.
  3. 5.3 A topic title should reflect its content. “Help!!!” and “Urgent” are bad titles, “Client does not start after unpacking” is a good one.
  4. 5.4 A bug report must contain: what happened, what was expected, how to reproduce it, and a screenshot or video. Reports without a description are closed.
  5. 5.5 Forum roles: Game Master — helps players and posts announcements; Moderator — keeps order, can edit, delete and close topics; Administrator — full access. Their instructions must be followed.
  6. 5.6 Necroposting (bumping topics older than 3 months without new content), off-topic posts in themed sections and duplicate topics are removed.

6.Dealing with the team

  1. 6.1 Game masters help with technical problems, bugs and rule violations. They do not hand out items, gold or levels “on request”.
  2. 6.2 Address a GM politely and to the point. Describe the problem on the forum or in Discord first, then wait for a reply. Spamming tickets slows things down.
  3. 6.3 Provocation, insults and attempts to deceive staff are punished more severely than the same offences against players.

7.Penalties

An approximate scale. The administration may reduce or increase a penalty depending on the circumstances, the history of violations and the harm done to other players.

The rules are simple: play fair, respect others and help us catch bugs. Then the test goes fast and the release is solid.
