The in-game shop opens with /shop (or /store).
Currencies
- AZ Coins — the main currency. Top it up on the website: menu "Services and AZ Coins" → "Top up". The balance is shared by the account and shown in the shop header.
- Karma — for the "Karma" section. How to earn it is in the guide on daily rewards and Karma.
What the shop has
- Home — recommendations: a selection of mounts and pets, refreshed every day at 00:00 UTC (03:00 Moscow time).
- Collections — mounts, pets, toys.
- Transmogrification — armor and weapons.
- Special services — character services, VIP, consumables (including Blood of Azeron), auras, appearances, titles, achievements, glyphs.
- Karma — items for Karma.
- "Appearance" — wings, character effects, mounts, pets and druid form appearances.

Preview
You can look at an item before buying: mounts, pets and appearances have a 3D model in the card that you can rotate and zoom. A druid form appearance or a cloak can be tried on your own character.
Druid form appearances
- Appearances for cat, bear, travel, flight and aquatic form and moonkin are for druids only.
- There are 66 appearances: 42 are available to any druid for free, the other 24 are sold in the shop for 890 AZ each.
- Pick an appearance on the panel at the barber or with
/druidforms.
Closed sections
Some sections are visible in the shop but still closed: PvE gear, legendary items, hidden artifact appearances, gold, currencies, artifact levels and sets. The shop says: "They open one month after the server release".
Refunds
A mount, pet, toy or consumable bought for AZ can be returned within 2 hours of purchase while the item is still in your bags and unused — the AZ go back to your balance. Gear and transmog cannot be returned: once equipped, the appearance is already in your collection. Items that stack cannot be returned either.
Promo codes
The "Promo code" button is next to the Karma balance in the shop header; the /promo and /promocode commands work too. Enter the code and press "Activate": the window shows the reward (AZ Coins, Karma or items), then press "Claim Reward". Each promo code can be used once.
