When you can request it
A character is restored only if it died because of a server error: a bug in the game or on the server, a server crash or restart. Deaths for normal in-game reasons (in combat or from a fall) are not restored.
Time limits
- After "End the trial" the character is kept for 24 hours and then deleted for good. Submit your request within these 24 hours.
- While the character is kept, you cannot log in with it: the game returns you to character selection.
- If the character is still waiting for a decision (the "Continue the trial?" window), you do not have to decide: submit a request and the character will wait for the answer.
How to request it
Create a new thread in this section titled "Restoration: character name" and include:
- the character name;
- the date and approximate time of death;
- where it happened and what went wrong: what you were doing and what happened;
- a screenshot or video, if you have one.
Never post on the forum your account password or confirmation codes. Everyone can see the forum, and they are not needed for a request.
What happens next
- The administration checks the character's log, which records the circumstances of the death and the last hits taken, and makes a decision.
