Thanks! The cause: all five prisoners of the Bash'ir stasis chambers (Solus the Eternal, Matron Li-sahar, King Dorfbruiser, Gorgolon the All-Seeing, Trelopades) had a friendly faction and no loot at all. We restored their hostility and loot according to 7.3.5 data: shoulders and a chance for the Mark of the Nexus-King. The server has been restarted, so it is already live. If anything goes wrong, please let us know.
