Thanks for the report. We checked the wheel log: on October 2 you spun it 8 times, and all 8 prizes were granted. They were Blood of Sargeras ×5, Veiled Argunite ×75 (four times, 300 in total), Order Resources ×750 (twice, 1500 in total) and Nethershard ×150. Items are announced in chat, but currency is credited silently, which is why it looked like only one spin paid out. You can check the currencies on the Currency tab of the character window.
The "Поехали!" button and that window belong to an old version of the wheel addon, which can get stuck with a grey button if you click too fast. Please update your client with the Azeron launcher: the new window (the "SPIN" button) announces every prize in chat and doesn't get stuck. Until then, typing /reload unlocks a stuck button.
