Спасибо за репорт! Нашли причину: «Рука Гарголмара» выпадала с Начальника стражи Гарголмара примерно в одном убийстве из четырёх, а в героическом режиме не выпадала совсем. Должна выпадать всегда, если у вас взято задание. Сервер перезапущен, теперь так и есть — в обычном и героическом режиме, в том числе для ордынского варианта задания. Если «Голова Назана» у вас уже есть, достаточно ещё раз победить Гарголмара. Заодно поправили «Голову Назана»: теперь она выпадает с Назана — дракона Вазрудена, как и должно быть (раньше падала с самого Вазрудена). Если голова у вас уже есть, она остаётся засчитанной.

Thanks for the report! We found the cause: Gargolmar's Hand dropped from Watchkeeper Gargolmar in only about one kill out of four, and never on Heroic. It should always drop while you have the quest. The server has been restarted, and now it does, on both Normal and Heroic, and for the Horde version of the quest as well. If you already have Nazan's Head, you only need to defeat Gargolmar again. We also fixed Nazan's Head: it now drops from Nazan, Vazruden's drake, as it should (it used to drop from Vazruden himself). If you already have the head, it still counts.
