У входа в зал Кели'дана Разрушителя есть две соседние невидимые точки, которые засчитывают «В сердце ярости», и обе были привязаны только к ордынскому варианту задания — поэтому у Альянса оно не засчитывалось. Сервер перезапущен: теперь одна из них засчитывает задание для Альянса, вторая — для Орды. С заданием в журнале снова войдите в зал Кели'дана через главный проход — оно засчитается при входе.

Thanks, the screenshot helped. At the entrance to Keli'dan the Breaker's hall there are two neighbouring invisible points that count Heart of Rage, and both were bound only to the Horde version of the quest, which is why it did not count for the Alliance. The server has been restarted, and now one of them counts the quest for the Alliance and the other for the Horde. With the quest in your log, walk into Keli'dan's hall again through the main passage and it will be counted as you enter.
