Hello! Fixed — the server has been restarted with the fix. The Zuldazar lizard mount at vendor 542000 had broken item data (wrong requirements and an extra 1 copper price). It now costs Valor gold coins only and learns properly. The NPC with English dailies rewarding Nordrassil Coin was a leftover from another build — it does not exist on retail 7.3.5 and the coins had no use; it has been removed. Thanks for the report! Closing this thread.
