Спасибо за сообщение. Голова Кель'таса для задания «Страшный противник» выпадала в Террасе Магистров лишь примерно в каждом седьмом убийстве. Сервер перезапущен, и теперь она падает каждому, у кого взято задание, на обычной и героической сложности. Заодно исправлен перстень-печатка принца Кель'таса для ежедневного задания на героической сложности — он тоже падает каждому, у кого есть это задание.

Thanks for the report. The Head of Kael'thas for "Hard to Kill" only dropped in Magisters' Terrace in about one kill out of seven. The server has been restarted, and now it drops for everyone who has the quest, on both Normal and Heroic difficulty. We also fixed the Signet Ring of Prince Kael'thas for the Heroic daily quest: it now drops for everyone who has that quest as well.
