Спасибо! Топоры не выпадали, потому что у задания не был указан выпадающий предмет, и сервер считал, что топор вам не нужен. Поправили это задание и ещё 162 задания с той же ошибкой.
Сервер перезапущен, эти изменения уже действуют.
