Спасибо за точное описание, так и было. Цель «Голова сквернскорнского претендента» засчитывает невидимая отметка у пустого лагеря сквернскорнов, а она по ошибке стояла в фазе, которую игроки не получают. В режиме ГМ фазы не проверяются, поэтому цель засчитывалась только с ним. Сервер перезапущен, и теперь отметка срабатывает у всех, у кого задание «На голову выше конкурентов» в журнале и эта цель ещё не выполнена: подходите к лагерю, Хави произносит свою реплику, и цель засчитывается.

The "Felskorn Champion's Head" objective is credited by an invisible marker at the empty Felskorn camp, and that marker was mistakenly placed in a phase that players never get. GM mode ignores phases, which is why the objective only counted with it on. The server has been restarted, and now the marker works for everyone who has "Ahead of the Game" in their quest log and has not completed this objective yet: walk up to the camp, Havi says his line, and the objective is credited.
