Thanks! The two identical "Firing the Mayor" quests are two old versions that are no longer available in game version 7.3.5 (no NPC offers them, and the mayor you were supposed to kill has long become friendly). On our server Krixel Pinchwhistle offered them by mistake. They have been removed — Krixel now offers only his real quests.
The server has been restarted, so these changes are already live.
