Спасибо! Нашли причину: освобождать сестёр луны сервер разрешал только тем, у кого было взято локальное задание грота «Ярость совухов». Оно бывает активно не всегда, а пока его нет, освободить сестёр нельзя было вообще. Когда оно активно, его быстро выполняют, убивая совухов и костяную жижу, и после этого сестёр освобождать тоже было нельзя — поэтому у вас засчиталась только одна. Исправлено, сервер перезапущен: сестёр можно освобождать и с заданием «Изумрудные сестры», независимо от локального задания. Убивать их не нужно — их освобождают, как и на официальных серверах. А Лейрана так и задумана: она полурасплавленная дриада, жертва совухов, и лежит на их алтаре — поговорить с ней и взять у неё задание «Ловец снов» можно.

Thanks! We found the cause: the server only allowed freeing the Sisters of the Moon to players who had the grotto's world quest "Rage of the Owlbeasts". That world quest isn't always active, and while it's inactive nobody could free the sisters at all. When it is active, it completes quickly as you kill owlbeasts and bone ooze, and after that the sisters couldn't be freed either — which is why only one counted for you. Fixed, and the server has been restarted: the sisters can now be freed with the quest "Emerald Sisters" as well, regardless of the world quest. You don't need to kill them — they are freed, as on the official servers. As for Leirana, that's intended: she is a half-melted dryad, a victim of the owlbeasts, lying on their altar — you can still talk to her and take the quest "Dreamcatcher".
