Спасибо за отчёт! Топор палача для задания должен падать не с босса, а с Палача из клана Изувеченной Длани — он появляется в героических Разрушенных залах во время события на время с пленниками. Шанс выпадения топора мы уже поправили (при взятом задании — всегда), но самого этого события с палачом на сервере сейчас нет. Это отдельная большая работа, мы взяли её в план и отпишемся в теме.

The Unused Axe of the Executioner should not drop from a boss but from the Shattered Hand Executioner, who appears in heroic Shattered Halls during the timed event with the prisoners. We have already fixed the axe's drop chance (it always drops with the quest taken), but the event with the Executioner itself is currently missing on the server. That is a separate large piece of work; we have added it to the plan and will post an update in this topic.

Добавили в героические Разрушенные залы событие с Палачом из клана Изувеченной Длани. Когда группа проходит зал Нефекурса, у входа к Каргату Острорукому появляются палач и трое пленников, и запускается отсчёт: первого пленника казнят через 55 минут, второго — ещё через 10, третьего — ещё через 15 (время видно на эффекте у игроков). Палача можно атаковать после победы над Каргатом. С него падает Неиспользованный топор палача для задания «Испытание наару: милосердие»; если убить палача до первой казни, засчитывается и задание на спасение пленников.
Сервер перезапущен, эти изменения уже действуют.

We added the Shattered Hand Executioner event to heroic Shattered Halls. When the group gets past Nethekurse's hall, the executioner and three prisoners appear at the entrance to Kargath Bladefist, and a countdown starts: the first prisoner is executed after 55 minutes, the second 10 minutes later, the third 15 minutes after that (the time is shown on an effect on players). The executioner can be attacked once Kargath is defeated. He drops the Unused Axe of the Executioner for the quest "Trial of the Naaru: Mercy"; if you kill him before the first execution, the quest to rescue the prisoners is completed as well.
The server has been restarted, so these changes are already live.
