Thanks! We checked: the quest "Latosius' Trial" does not exist in the game — it was removed during the Legion beta and is not part of the Moon Guard Stronghold storyline, which is why there is no one to talk to for the trial. It was offered on our server by mistake. Fixed, and the server has been restarted: it is no longer offered; if you already have it in your log, simply abandon it. The NPC's other quests are not affected.
