Wrath of the Lich King,

Thanks! We checked and you are right: Dominion Over Acherus was removed back in the Wrath of the Lich King beta and is not in the game. On our server Master Siegesmith Corvus was offering it by mistake, and it could be turned in to him right away. The server has been restarted, and it is no longer offered; Corvus still sells and repairs as before.
