Thanks! The level 1 "Kyrtos" in the screenshot is not the real NPC but a technical quest record that was standing in the world by mistake — that's why it has no dialogue. We've removed it, and the server has been restarted.
The ritual for "The Bigger They Are, The Harder They Fel" itself (the finale of Kyrtos's story) is not implemented on our server yet, so the quest can't be completed right now. We are looking for the original game data to restore it; the thread stays open and we will post here when it's ready.

The ritual for "The Bigger They Are, The Harder They Fel" is done. We don't have an exact record of this scene from the official servers, so we rebuilt it from the description in a simplified form: the ritual takes place right in the Den of the Demented, without going through a portal to the ship. Kyrtos will have the dialogue option "I am ready to begin the ritual.", he says his lines, absorbs fel power and attacks you — defeat him and the "Ritual Complete" objective is credited, then report to Thalyssra. A minute after the fight Kyrtos reappears in his place for other players. The server has been restarted, so it is already live. If anything goes wrong, please post here.
